Shipping

 

1. Order process

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.  Orders are not processed on weekends and statutory holidays.  Order process time may vary during high volume seasons.

When an order is ready to be shipped, the carrier information and tracking number will be provided in an email notification.

When an order is ready to be picked up at the warehouse, the pickup address and operating hours will be provided in an email notification.

 

2. Shipping

All orders are shipped or picked up on business days and not on weekend and/or statutory holidays.

All domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 2 weeks from the purchase date.  Express domestic shipping orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the purchase date.  Standard domestic shipping orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 14 business days.

All international orders are expected to be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks from the purchase date.  Express international shipping orders are expected to be delivered within 1 to 2weeks from the purchase date.  Standard international shipping orders are expected to be delivered within 7 to 28 business days.

3. Duties and import tax

Customers are responsible for all the duties and import taxes related to the purchase.
