Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays. Processing time may vary during high-volume seasons.

When your order is ready to ship, we send the carrier information and tracking number by email.

Shipping to Canada and the United States

We ship from our warehouse in Aurora, Ontario, Canada. The current standard shipping options are:

Canada	Standard	3 to 9 business days
United States	Standard International	4 to 8 business days

Transit estimates are in addition to order processing time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier or customs delays and statutory holidays.

Shipping rates and currency

Our standard shipping rates for Canada and the United States are configured in Canadian dollars: free shipping for qualifying orders of CAD $50.00 or more, and CAD $5.99 for orders below CAD $50.00. Review the shipping option, eligibility and final charge shown at checkout for your order and delivery address.

If you shop or check out in US dollars, the displayed rate or qualifying threshold may reflect currency conversion. A USD amount is not the same as the CAD amount above. The checkout shows the applicable currency and final shipping charge before you place your order.

Warehouse pickup

If pickup is available for your order, select it at checkout. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email, which provides the collection address and operating hours, before visiting. Orders are shipped or collected on business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Duties and import taxes

Customers are responsible for all duties and import taxes related to the purchase.
